1. Off-Hook Pickling Line: 30,000 tons per month, The equipment achieves the monthly production capacity of 30,000 tons, and the sealed tank prevents leakage of the corrosive gas. The main machinery includes tank (30/units), crane (9/units), wire rod loading bay for wire rods (4/units), high pressure blow wash (2/sets), column scrubber (2/sets), drying system (2/sets), wire rod dipping and overturning system (8/sets), crane rail switch system (2 /sets), hook (28/units), automatic hook moving device (4/sets), other chemical conveying system and heating system.
2. Based on the types of wire rod the process and dipping time are adjustable; the completely automatic apparatus helps to perform with quality assurance.
3. There are nine cranes in total, and eight of them are often used; the spare one is for maintenance, or when a breakdown occurs, it can replace the malfunctioning crane that may occupy the space.

By means of rail switch, the spare crane can substitute for the malfunctioning one that may occupy the space.

In order to adequately wash the wire rod, the operator can adjust the overturning setting of any dipping tank.
